Lakeside dining, elevated... In this open-concept Lakeside dining, elevated... In this open-concept space, every detail was chosen to connect the indoors with the world just outside the glass. The custom blue leather-wrapped chairs perfectly mirror the shifting, watery views across the lake, bringing that serene outdoor palette right to the table. We designed this home to be elegant yet completely understated - a sophisticated backdrop for a warm, welcoming family. Effortlessly chic…and meticulously planned 🤎 This Effortlessly chic…and meticulously planned 🤎 This principal bedroom vignette perfectly captures the warm, layered energy our clients were after. Achieving a look this seamless is all in the execution. Instead of sourcing standalone furniture, we custom-designed every element specifically for the proportions of this room. Before a single stud went up, we coordinated down to the millimeter with our trades to execute the custom wall-to-wall mohair headboard, integrated bed, night tables, integrated switching, and flawless bronze lighting. We even incorporated a hidden TV into the bed design that glides out and up when needed, completely disappearing when it’s time to unplug. Wrapped from top to bottom in a rich, chocolate Phillip Jeffries wallpaper, the end result feels completely effortless. DM us to start planning your own dream retreat... The journey to the top is always worth it, especia The journey to the top is always worth it, especially when it leads to a private oasis in the heart of Toronto’s Annex. For this third-floor transition, we wanted to create a sense of anticipation. We flooded the hallway with natural light from a stunning skylight and integrated a sleek built-in bar, making it the perfect spot to prep a cocktail before heading outside. The real showstopper is the transition to the deck: a full-light door featuring a custom glass overlay. Designed by a local artist in beautiful, happy colours, it’s a vibrant, playful nod to our clients’ family-favourite creature: a spider! 🕷️❤️ Step out through the door and you’re greeted by total privacy, a hot tub, comfortable lounge seating, and custom wall troughs where tall grasses thrive in the summer sun. Built with timeless materials to withstand the elements, we designed this rooftop to be a gracious gathering space ready for years of sunny family memories. Our vision for this principal bathroom was a space Our vision for this principal bathroom was a space that feels like a grounding, intentional sanctuary, somewhere to clear your mind before a busy day and completely unwind when it’s over. We loved balancing the airy brightness of the shiplap walls with rich, tactile elements that bring a sense of history and warmth into the room. The custom double vanity, crafted from reclaimed wood, grounds the space with its beautiful, rugged grain. To balance that rustic texture, we paired it with a striking black stone countertop and open lower shelving that keeps the entire view feeling clean and expansive. Underfoot, a classic hexagon tile layout brings a beautiful geometric pattern to the floor, adding a timeless, crafted feel. Finished with industrial iron medicine cabinets and a trio of warm glass sconces, the space is a gentle harmony of rugged charm and clean, modern comfort. Movie night! Designing a home theatre is all abo Movie night! Designing a home theatre is all about balancing mood, acoustic comfort, and striking visuals. For this entertainment level, we leaned heavily into the power of texture and contrast. The transition begins at the oversized, bold plum door, which serves as the dramatic entrance into the theatre itself. Inside, we paired ultra-luxurious, custom extra-long and deep charcoal black velvet sofas with the raw, anchoring texture of a reclaimed mushroom wood wall. The other walls are wrapped in a textured, deep charcoal @phillipjeffriesltd wallcovering, complemented by indirect lighting that completely transforms the room’s mood at the touch of a button. To tie it all together, we carried that rich plum color inside onto a custom ottoman—wrapped in a durable performance leather-look fabric—complemented by a sleek, black oak stained bridge table. But it’s not just about the aesthetics, this entire level is built for hosting. Just down the hall from the theatre, you’ll find a dedicated entertainment kitchen that perfectly supports the space. Fully stocked with candy drawers, popcorn makers, and beverage fridges, word on the street is this floor hosts some pretty epic slumber parties.
