03. CONCEPT & MATERIAL DIRECTION

We set the creative trajectory of the home by curating a tactile palette of natural stone, custom millwork, textiles, and architectural hardware tailored specifically to your lifestyle.

04. ARCHITECTURAL DETAILING & MILLWORK

Working alongside your architect and builder, we refine spatial flow and translate the aesthetic vision into detailed interior drawing packages. From bespoke millwork to exact finish schedules, we provide trades with the precise documentation needed on site.

05. PRESENTATION & COLLABORATION

We share the design through detailed visual drawings and physical material samples. Whether meeting in our studio, at your residence, on site, or remotely, these collaborative sessions allow you to see, touch, and approve every finish before ordering.

06. PROCUREMENT & SITE COORDINATION

As construction progresses, we maintain an active presence on site. We oversee procurement, track custom lead times, and coordinate directly with trades, craftspeople, and vendors to ensure the design is executed as drawn.

 

07. COMPLETE INSTALLATION & REVEAL

The final phase is a seamless turnkey delivery. Our team oversees the delivery and placement of your custom furnishings, window treatments, and art, layering in personal details so you step into a finished, welcoming home.
